Gr8 Women Leaders gave me an opportunity to understand that being a leader takes courage, that being a leader is being able to say “no,” that a leader does not need to say “sorry,” and that there is crying in leadership……..and that’s ok.

As the great Dr. Seuss once said: “You’ll be on your way up! You’ll be seeing great sights! You’ll join the high fliers who soar to high heights.”

Being in Gr8 Women Leaders has given me the courage to soar high and to not take no for an answer. Thank you to all the Gr8 women in my life!
